I'm not an external consultant who learned the theory — I'm a manager who grew up through the code. I started as a developer, led teams, and know firsthand the pressure of delivery and the dilemmas of code review. I speak the language of your teams.

I've experienced the field at every size: from an intimate 10-person startup to operations of over 1,000 employees. I understand how management problems shift as the organization grows and how to adapt solutions to the stage you're at.
Proven Facilitation Skills
Beyond technical experience, I have a rich background in leading human processes. I've facilitated over 10 retreats and journeys (including training in the Israeli Journey program), which gives me the ability to "hold a room" and create openness and attention even with skeptical audiences.
